Double room in a fantastic location

Double room available in 2bed 1bathroom apartment as my current flatmate is moving overseas. The apartment is on the third floor and is only accessible by stairs. There is a bit of flexibility around the move in date so we can discuss.

The rooms is furnished and comes with a:
- 1 x bed
- 1 x wardrobe
- 1 x side table

Flat is centrally located within walking from the following:
- 5 mins to Southwark station
- 7 mins to Borough station
- 10 mins to London Bridge station
- 10mins to Borough Market
- 15 mins to Waterloo station

Bills (water, gas, internet & council taxes) are c. £130 per month per person.

Just note the apartment doesn’t have a dishwasher.

A bit about me:
- an Aussie professional who typically works from the office (at least 3 days a week if not 4 or 5).
- During the week I enjoy coming home to a calm environment, and love a good chat or to watch the occasional movie.
- In my spare time I love to travel and explore London, go for walks, try new restaurants and hunt for good coffee. So if any of these resonate with you then that’s a bonus!
- I’m ambivert that’s more extroverted and I would love to become friends with my flat mate.
