I’m subletting my fully furnished single room in a great London location near Elephant & Castle from December 15th( onwards) to January 15th ( possibility of extending till feb 1st) . I'm pretty flexible, just reach out and we can figure out something that works for both of us.

The Room:
- Single-size bedroom

- Fully furnished (ready to move in)

- Your own private bathroom

- Quiet and comfortable for studying or working

The Flat:
- 3 flatmates total, but only 2 will be staying during this period

- Spacious shared kitchen and living space

- Lovely private garden

- Parking available if needed

Clean, respectful household — looking for someone similar

Rent & Bills:
- £750 rent for the month

- £120-180 for bills (covers all utilities + WiFi)

- Cleaner that comes in weekly

- Smaller deposit required to secure the room

Location:
- Just outside Zone 1, central London

- 15-minute bus ride to London Bridge Station

- 10-minute walk to the nearest tube station
