I’m subletting my large double room from 1st June to 1st September (dates are flexible if needed).

The flat is located on Old Kent Road, directly opposite Lidl and only a 5-minute walk from Tesco Superstore.
• Elephant & Castle station – 15 minutes walk (or 5 minutes by bus)
• London Bridge – 20 minutes walk (or 5 minutes by bus)
Great transport links and plenty of shops nearby.

• Fully furnished (all furniture will stay for you to use)
• Bright and comfortable space, ideal for someone looking for a short-term stay in a well-connected area

💷 Rent
• £1000 per month (bills included)
• No deposit required

🐱 Flatmate (Important!)
You must be comfortable living with a very friendly and affectionate cat. I’ll be staying in the spare room for about the first month, then travelling, and occasionally you may need to feed him. He loves cuddles and is very easygoing.
