Large double room available in Southwark

Hi there, I have recently secured the lease on a gorgeous apartment in Southwark and looking to rent out the 2nd bedroom! The room is large and has a lot of inbuilt storage- the pictures don’t quite do it justice. There is a very spacious living and kitchen area, and you will have a bathroom to yourself. It’s in a perfect location- 5 minute walk to borough market, 8 minutes from Tate modern, 7 minutes walk to London bridge station. Central London living at its best and fair to say I am so excited to move in! (Note: pictures taken from ad, furniture will be slightly different)

A bit about me: I am initially from NZ and have been in London a couple of years now. Work in IT and in my downtime love to explore everything London has on offer. Enjoy travelling and festivals, but also just relaxing with a good book or Netflix show. Fairly social and always up for a chat but also value my own space- looking for someone that also respects that!

The ideal candidate will be a working professional, clean and tidy, generally friendly and after a beautiful space to call home.

The move in date is the 8th of April- Although I am willing to hold out for the right candidate. Putting this up to gage initial interest.
