Double room in Southwark

Price:
900 GBP per month, plus 43 for council tax, and roughly 100 for all other utilities including internet, a weekly cleaner, gas & electricity, water)

Room:
Furnished with a double bed, bedside table, small desk and chair, lots of storage space, space to hang clothes and shelving. Window providing natural light. Room is on the 2nd floor, next to the bathroom which was recently redone and has a shower and toilet. Shared with one other person. There are two full bathrooms in the house.

House:
The house is four bedrooms in total. Has a fully equipped kitchen with a table and chairs, two refrigerators, microwave, oven, plenty of storage, washing machine, everything you need to cook/shared appliances.

Large living room with two full-size couches and a TV. Sliding glass doors lead to a sizable outdoor space.

Housemates:
You would share the house with three great guys - ages 23 to 33. They are super fun, kind, generous, and friendly. They are very chill and easy to live with.

Location:
Location is incredibly central and well-connected. Just a couple minutes walk from the Thames and Tate Modern. Less than a five-minute walk from Tesco and Sainsbury, and about 10 minute walking from M&S. Tons of coffee shops, pubs, restaurants, gyms nearby.

Transport:
Southwark/South bank area. 3 minute walk to the Southwark tube station, 5 minute walk to Blackfriars, 13 walk to London bridge station, and about 10 minute walk to Waterloo.
