Large furnished room available in friendly flatshare.

The flat is about 5 minutes from Oval tube, and is very well connected for Central London, Southwark and Vauxhall.
It's handy for the local shops and there's also a Farmer's Market on Saturdays in the next street.

The rent includes electricity, heating, water, service charge, council tax, broadband and a cleaner once a week.

There's a shared living room with a tv, free view and broadband, and a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher etc. The room itself comes equipped with a bed, wardrobe and bedside table, and a cleaner comes once a week.

There is a third room also, which I am thinking about renting out but is currently storage so I'm happy to talk about that if wanted.

I'm a live in landlord, so any problems can be sorted out straight away. I'm currently having the shower repaired, so listing that in advance.

A little about me, if it helps. I'm a PR for a political organisation, and enjoy chatting about news and current affairs over a beer. I also love cooking, so the kitchen is pretty well equipped. I'm pretty big rugby fan and enjoy boxing, but I guess at the moment that won't matter so much!
All in all I'm pretty easy going and try to make sure that my tenant feels at home.
