Large Double in unique Georgian conversion

We’ve had quite a few responses just to say we will reply to everyone and arrange viewings as soon as I know when the whole of our household is in London.

We have an amazing semi furnished double room becoming available in our Georgian conversion in Shoreditch.

The room is available mid Sept but can be fairly flexible on dates. We are looking for Male or female. Couples are not considered unfortunately!

The house really needs to be seen to be appreciated. It has many unique features with lot's of potential including a huge entrance ground floor with a large chandeliered atrium that extends all the way up to the roof beside the staircase (currently just used for bikes and storage), a huge open living room space (complete with bar / large tv (projector needs to be fitted) / tonnes of light) and access to a roof terrace with the most incredible sunset views over the city.

There are two shared modern bathrooms, with plenty of storage. Induction modern cooker, dishwasher, Bills should add up to around £90-110 per month including a fast internet connection.

Occupying the remaining rooms are 2 finance professionals, and myself working in Film/TV, we've all found each other through spare room over the last couple of years.

We all enjoy going out, food, exhibitions, parties, music, taking photographs etc. All the good stuff. However, we do appreciate relaxing in our lovely house very often and are looking to keep it a homely and peaceful place to live in.

The house is located across the road from Ottilenghi, next to the oldest Georgian shop in London and on the corner of Artillery Passage which is beautiful. Spitalfields market is also less than 2 mins walk with load of food options.

For transport we’re 5 mins walk to Algate East, 2 mins walk from Liverpool Street (inc the new Elizabeth Line), 5 mins walk from Shoreditch High Street station, and a huge Tesco next to Liverpool street station. Eataly is incredible although quite expensive, fresh mozzarella and unusual pasta as well as the biggest selection of Italian wine in the UK!!
