I’m looking for a friendly and considerate person to take my lovely & bright room in the centre of London.

The room is available now and the lease ends on 16/09/21 but can be extended. Generally the contract is very flexible :)

The contract is dealt with via agency.

Location

Our flat is in the most perfect location, just opposite the Old Spitalfields Market with a stunning view, located next to Shoreditch and Brick Lane
Liverpool Street is 6 mins away and Old Street approx 10 mins walk
There is a small Tesco & Planet Organic 3 mins away and bigger Tesco approx 6 minutes away
Massive M&S is approx 15 mins away
Lots of bars and pubs around with plenty of food choices (if you are not familiar with Spitalfields market, just check out their website)
There is an option of parking if required.
Lots of green areas e. g. Haggerston park, Weavers Field and Columbia Road Flower Market 15 mins walk
Our flat is located on a quiet street opposite the entrance to Market so there are no cars around and it’s very peaceful

Room

Spacious and fully furnished - bed, mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers included. I might also leave some stuff behind so open to discussion
Your own private bathroom is outside the room and my flatmate has her own en suite bathroom

Flat

Located at the 5th floor with an elevator
Bright, cosy & fully furnished - new washing machine, 2 sofas in the living room, dining table & chairs
Lots of space for home workouts

Flatmate

He's a very friendly and considerate professional working as a trainee lawyer.

Availability & price

Price is £1112 + £122.50 bills monthly.
Everything is managed by the agency, they require 5 weeks deposit + 1 month’s rent when you move in
Fast spread fibre broadband is included and works very well, both my flatmate and I worked from home for the past year and never had any issues

I honestly cannot recommend this place enough, if I could I'd stay here forever :)
