Short-term Double Room in Spitalfields

Hello! We have a double room available in a great location, just a short walk from Spitalfields Market and close to both Liverpool Street and Aldgate East stations. Brick Lane is just around the corner, adding to the local charm.

The room is part of a cosy four-bedroom flat on the top floor. It's a bright space with two large windows and wooden floors. You'll find plenty of storage with a built-in unit, a glass desk for work or study, and some house plants to add a touch of greenery. Not a fan of plants? No problem, we can find them a new home.

Our flatmates are a friendly bunch in their early thirties, from France, Italy, and Spain. We mostly work from home but enjoy a relaxed Netflix evening together from time to time.

Pros:

Cons:
➖ Short-Term Stay: Available for a 4-to-5-month sublet (4 May to mid-September).
➖ Older Building: Functional but might need some updates.
➖ Single Full Bathroom: Shared among flatmates, but we manage well with one.

We're looking for someone tidy and responsible, preferably in their late twenties or early thirties, to join us. We value respect and politeness and appreciate someone who is keen to join in socially, without any pressure.
