Are you looking for a place to stay in London this summer (April to September)? I am letting a single en suite room (size 2) in Lilian Knowles Student House.

Location: Conveniently located near Liverpool Street station and Aldgate station. LSE is 25 minutes by train or bus, 15 minutes by bike, or 45 minutes by foot. Easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, and shops. Zone 1.

The Room/Facility: Standard Ensuite Size 2, 11-14 sq m. Includes: Single bed, desk, desk chair, built-in closet. Shared kitchen with microwave, table, dedicated food cabinet, two sinks, two refrigerators/freezers, and two stoves/ovens. The six other flatmates are friendly and considerate. Clothes washer and dryer facilities. LSE operated computer lab with printer. 24 hour security, weekday reception, on-site resident assistant. Bike rack.

Cost is all inclusive: Internet, electricity, water, contents insurance, and common area cleaning.

The rent is £275 per week. I will leave the room on April 1st and the contract ends the 3rd September.
