Spitalfields Double En-suite Room for rent

Hi all 🤍 I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in this gorgeous flat in Spitalfields due to personal circumstances. I’ve absolutely loved living here and I am sad to be leaving, but hoping it can become a new home for someone else. The current tenancy runs until July, but under the Tenants’ Rights Act, all tenancies will be rolling from May anyway!

📍 Location: Spitalfields, City centre – it genuinely feels like a little sanctuary in the middle of it all. I’ve loved being able to walk to places like The Gherkin, Tower Bridge and Shoreditch.

🗓 Availability: Ideally start of March, but I can be flexible for the right person. (You will need to pass checks with the management company as standard).

🛏 The Room: A spacious en-suite room with a lot of storage - it’s been such a calm, comfortable place to live. The room is furnished, aside from the desk and chair.

💰 Rent: £1,610 pcm.

🏡 The Flat: Bright, calm, cosy and well looked after (photos below to give you the vibe!). It’s been such a peaceful place to come home to.

👯‍♀️ Who you’ll live with: One other girl, a trainee solicitor, who is lovely, respectful and easy to live with.
