A double-bedroom available in a flat with 4 other wonderful humans. The flat is in their mid 20s-mid 30s in a mix of creative fields and hospitality.
We're a pretty chill bunch from all over and we're hoping to live with somebody we can connect with that also cares about making our place a home.
The place is a 5-bedroom flat in probably the best location in London, with a living room, kitchen, 2-ish bathrooms (including a shower cabinet situation) and a lovely view of the Gherkin from the compound. If you're interested in the flat, please let us know a bit about yourself to see if we could be a good fit. (Your interests, how you like to spend your time, what you are looking for and so on - if not included your message will likely be ignored!)
Monthly fixed costs to the landlord are: £757.40 (rent £710 + council tax £29 + water £11.6 + internet £6.7).
On top of that our variable expenses end up being an additional:
£25-£40 each for electricity and gas (towards £40 in winter + £25-£35 each for the cleaner and general house kitty (e. g. toilet paper and cleaning supplies) - cleaner usually comes once a week for 2 hours for £30 each week.
The room comes furnished with a bed, closet, drawers and desk.
Unfortunately the new housemate who was going to move in has had to drop out and we are currently looking to find a new housemate as soon as possible. We are meeting people this Sunday 29th of February for a move in date of 14th of March.
