The flat is clean and tidy, with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, bathroom with bathtub. There is a communal dining area but not a full lounge. There is a private communal garden that is lovely to use in warmer months.

I am a female professional from Canada, however I've lived in London for long enough to have become British :) My flatmate Simona & like to keep the flat a fairly quiet home and would prefer someone mature, professional and independent as well, who is keen on keeping the space lovely, tidy and clean and in making it a real home.

The flat is also scheduled to be freshly painted after lockdown in spring.
