Due to relocation, I am leaving my room in an amazing Flat in St. Johns Wood! The room is available from the 22nd of January (could be a bit earlier, we can talk about that)

🏡 THE FLAT: It is located on the first floor and has 4 bedrooms (one en-suite), one full bathroom and an an extra toilet (which you will share with other 2 roommates),. a huge full equipped kitchen, a huge living room and a detached dining area, next to our balcony. There is also an extra room for storage.

Your room would be one with a two big windows and view to the garden. There is a lot of storing place in the room.

📍 LOCATION: The building is an inner street next to Abbey Road (very calm)
🚇 St. Johns Wood Station (Jubilee) 7 minutes walk
🚇 Maida Vale (Bakerloo) 7 minutes walk.
🚍 139/189 to Central London (24 hours service) - just 1 minute away

🏪 Stores, pubs and restaurants are also around 7-10 minutes walk (St. John's Wood High Street or Kiburn High Street). Also a couple of 24/7 stores in Abbey Road 4 minutes walk

Price is 840 GBP per month + Bills (Water, Electricity/Gas, Internet, Council Tax not included. Around 80-90 GBP extra a month).

The other roommates are 24-35 year old professionals working in diverse industries like Engineering and Marketing. Great guys who are fun to hang around and have interesting conversations with.
