Lovely double room to rent!

Hello!

We have a really great double room available from 11th September. It is in a wonderful block, directly opposite Regent's park.

I'm going to be moving out to live with my boyfriend and looking for a replacement for my flatmate, who is in her late twenties and works in tech. The flat is quite chilled, on the evenings we are both in we will have dinner together or go out to the local bars and I'm looking for a likeminded person to fill my place!

The room is a bright, double with lots of storage space! It is fully furnished with a double bed, massive wardrobe, drawers, bedside table and a TV. Lots of room for a desk if you're working from home!

The kitchen is a good size, and also fully furnished with all the mod cons - including dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

A separate space for the washer/dryer.

The living room is lovely and leads on to a balcony where we've shared a glass of wine or two!

There is a newly refurbished bathroom, with a shower/bath.
We also have a cleaner who comes once a fortnight!

The flat has underground parking, which you can access via a lift.

The location is Lorne Close, just off Park Road and has excellent transport links including a 10 min walk to Baker Street tube station, a 12 minute walk to Marylebone station and 14min walk to St John's Wood tube. We are less than a five min walk to the beautiful Regents Park.
