Bright room in spacious flat - Bills included

Hi everyone, I’m Olly and I live in this flat. I am 25 years old. I’m a professional working in the city and I am looking for a housemate to join me.

The available room is a single room, with ample storage space including a wardrobe, cupboards and lots of shelving. It is a very bright and airy room.

The flat itself is very spacious, the pictures really don’t do it justice. The entire flat was completely redecorated about 3 months ago, painted from top to bottom and professionally cleaned. Please view the video for a better sense of the space.
The water, heating, TV and WiFi is included in the rent, council tax is around £35 per person monthly.

It has a very large living/dining area (dining area includes table and chairs, as well as a bar that looks into the kitchen though I haven’t included pics) with a sofa and large flatscreen TV. We have the latest sky Q smart TV with all the channels and apps, including Netflix subscription. There is ample space to add in a large desk and office set up if you work from home. There is super fast sky WiFi in the flat.

The kitchen features all modern appliances including brand new full size fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer.
The bathroom is also recently refurbished and very nice, everything is in good working order.

The flat is set in beautifully maintained gardens and has a 24 hour concierge at the front desk. It is very peaceful and quiet. It is about a 5 min walk from St. John’s Wood high street and close to both St. John’s Wood and Maida Vale tube stations. Very well connected with bus stops right outside the flat itself also.

It really is a lovely space and I’d love to share it with someone else. I want this to be as much your home as it is mine.
