Gorgeous double bedroom in St John’s Wood

My friend and flatmate is moving out of their double bedroom in our St John's Wood flat. As a result, I'm looking for a replacement.

I'm a now Londoner, who spends most of my time finding new restaurants around the city or hitting the gym to make up for it. Fair weather cyclist and just taken up badminton too. I work in finance in the City with a hybrid working pattern.

I’m looking for a flatmate who can get along with and get to know — while respecting each other’s personal spaces.

The flat benefits from great natural light all year long thanks to its large, east-facing windows and a beautiful view on the private garden downstairs. It has a nice kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, washing / drying machine, fridge + freezer, and tons of storage space. It also has an amazing living / dining room. Large hallway and plenty of storage through out.

The bedroom is a beautiful double room with a full-wall wardrobe, massive windows, plenty of space for a desk, and room for a double bed and bedside tables. The flat is a two bed, two bath for which you’ll have use of the main bathroom as I have an en-suite.
Some furniture maybe available for purchase from my flatmate moving out.

The location is incredible. We're a 2-minute walk away from Abbey Road studios, 5 minutes away from St John's Wood tube station (Jubilee line: 1 stop from Baker Street, 2 stops from Bond Street) as well as the buzzing high street, 10 minutes away from Maida Vale station (Bakerloo line), and a 15-minute walk from Primrose Hill / Regents Park.
