Looking for a friendly housemate to share this two-bed, two-bathroom flat in St John’s Wood!

The flat is situated in a lovely area, within 10-15 mins walking distance to St John’s Wood (Jubilee line), Kilburn Park (Bakerloo) and Maida Vale (Bakerloo), and also loads of buses right outside the door into central London.

The flat has a great open-plan kitchen and living room with large windows overlooking the street. The flat is furnished (furniture belonging to current flatmate) except for the available bedroom which is unfurnished. There is an option to negotiate the existing bedroom furniture with the person who is leaving.

To rent is a large, unfurnished double bedroom + bathroom. Although the bathroom is outside of the bedroom, it will be considered as private and exclusively used by you, since the other bedroom is ensuite.

Rent is £1,025 plus bills which come in around £100-150 extra a month dependent on the electric/gas. Flat is available from the 1st July ☺️

You'll be sharing the flat with Marta - 26, from Portugal and working in consulting. I do work mostly from home (3-4 days a week) using the living room area, so looking for someone who works mostly from the office as it can be quite tight for 2 people simultaneously.
