Cozy single room in St John's Wood

Hey, Linda and Anu here! We are looking for a third new flatmate to join our cosy and fabulous all-girl flat located in Zone 1. Unfortunately, our current flatmate is moving back home around end of May so the flat is open to move in by 1 June 2026. The flat is close-knit and we enjoy spending time together, getting to know each other and being friends (fun flat hangouts when the 3 of us have time!) - equally we are respectful of when we each need our own space.

We ensure the flat is always tidy and clean and whilst we enjoy hosting and having people over for wholesome socials, it isn't a 'crazy party daily' house!

Linda (32) works in the public sector and studied Sociology at uni. Anu (29) works in the private sector and studied Law. We both have different interests and experiences as international professionals in London, and fun chats. We enjoy trying new things and are very open-minded.

The flat is really well-maintained, has a fully-equipped kitchen and large open-plan living room with a lot natural light. The room has a single bed with wardrobe and storage space. It is suitable for a professional who does not work from home (no students please).

The rent is currently £837 per month, and all bills (including council tax) are approximately £95 per person per month.

The location is super convenient, very close to multiple transport links (7 minute walk to Edgware Road station, 20 minute walk to Paddington and Baker Street, a bus stop just 2 minutes away). We have Aldi, M&S, Tesco and Sainsbury's all a few minute walk away. Little Venice and the canals, as ell as Regent's and Hyde Park are all walking distance too.
