The Room:
A bright, fully furnished double bedroom with a private bathroom exclusively for you. The washing machine is located inside your room, stylishly enclosed and silent, so it won’t disturb you. The room faces the garden, is cosy, and perfect for a professional looking for a quiet, comfortable space.

A little about me:
I’m an entrepreneur running a small language academy in Soho. I enjoy a relaxed, friendly home environment, value open communication, and like to balance work with occasional social dinners or drinks.
I’m tidy, responsible, and considerate, and I appreciate a flatmate who shares similar values around respect, privacy, and cleanliness.
My long-term flatmate recently bought his own place nearby, so I’m looking for the right person to replace him. This flat has a private bathroom for your room, which is a rare convenience in St John’s Wood.
Looking For:
A friendly, professional flatmate who is tidy, considerate, and values open communication and shared responsibility( it might have sounded a bit repetitive :)) Someone who enjoys social interaction but also respects personal space.

PS: I don’t have any pets, but I’m a big fan of cats, so I’d happily consider a flatmate with one (of course, subject to landlord approval).
