Big double in spacious flat, 10min to Ldn Bridge

The bedroom

Large flat with great public transport links at a good price. I'm seeking a new flatmate to share this three bedroom flat now that my flatmate of six years has moved out.

The details:

- Large living room (c. 5x5m) with all usual fixtures & fittings (sofas, chairs, telly, Wii)
- Large kitchen (4x4m) with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, blender, ice cream maker...
- Bedroom is c. 3x3m, double bed and built in wardrobes/cupboards/dressing table
- There is also a spare room which could potentially house another flatmate, but as it's a reasonable price I enjoy the luxury of having a spare room in London. You're very welcome to use it for storage and have guests visit.

Transport links are good: 2 different national rail lines, 2 DLR stations and numerous buses are within 10 minute walks, including night buses which go to literally outside the flat - bedrooms are on the back so they don't cause disturbance. It's a wide road but reasonably quiet, and there is plenty of on-street parking around.

It's a second floor flat so there is no outside space, but the neighbours are very friendly and I often hang out in their yard when the weather's good. Brookmill Park is also right across the road, and Greenwich is in easy walking distance. Now that Deptford's getting trendy there a lot of nice cafes, bars and restaurants nearby too.

I'm 30, work for a charity, and am looking for a fairly easy going flatmate who I'll spend some time with but won't be offended if I'm not living in their pocket. I work reasonably long hours but do enjoy a drink or two from time to time.
