The flat constitutes the top two floors of a large Victorian house in Stamford Hill. There is a sitting room, separate kitchen, and recently re-done bathroom. There are wooden floorboards throughout and loads of house plants.

It is about five minutes walk to Stamford Hill overground station. There are many bus routes close by, providing easy access to Manor House and Finsbury Park underground stations and Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction overground stations. Stoke Newington Church Street is about 10 minutes walk away.

I like to keep the place clean and tidy and would like to share with someone who would similarly like to live in a clean and tidy flat. A cleaner comes once a week and they would need access to the room.
