Hello potential housemate/s!
Large room in the Stoke Newington/Stamford Hill area.
Great for couples or a single person. The room is large with enough space for a king or double bed and 2 desks quite comfortably, there’s a large wardrobe included, and the landlord is willing to provide a bed. My girlfriend and I are both working professionals, we’ve lived together in London for nearly 8 years so happy to show around any newcomers.
There is a spacious open kitchen/living room area with a large dining table and a comfortable seating area with television. We enjoy spending time having nice chats, making food and having a beer with housemates. We are very relaxed, clean and considerate couple.
LBQT+ friendly. Safe area with great connections via Stoke Newington Station or Seven Sisters.
Excellent mod cods including:
• Virgin Fibre (200) with excellent WiFi
• Free parking
• Dishwasher
• Central Heating
• Power shower
• Double oven and gas stove
• Washing machine w/ Tumble Dryer
• Fridge Freezer
All in the total rent is £850 p/m which includes bills. For couples, bills would be £50 more. The room is available from the 1st of Jan but is open to discussion.
Any queries, please drop me a message and I’ll aim to reply the same day!
