Hello!
We have a double room available as of the 1st of July in our three bed flat.
THE AREA:
Our flat is in a lovely and safe community in Stoke Newington, we are a short walk from Church Street with loads of independent cafes, restaurants and shops and a short bus ride to bustling Dalston. We have a large Morrisoons and Sainsburys both within walking distance of the flat. There is the overground station just 5 mins walk away, bus stop is right outside the flat and seven sisters underground is just a few bus stops up the road.
THE ROOM:
It is a double bedroom that comes unfurnished apart from a bed frame and mattress. Lovely big window allowing lots of light. White walls, a perfect space to jazz up as you like!
THE FLAT:
We live in a cosy apartment with a homely living room, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. We’ve only been here since January and have loved to make the place feel like home, including lots of plants.
There is a basketball court and plenty of green space in the apartment area as well as parking (you’d have to apply for a permit) or free parking just across the road!
ABOUT US / YOU:
Nicola (25), she/her, cat mum, and a freelance creative and icing artist at Biscuiteers, working in weekly rotating am and pm shifts.
Monica (25), she/her, cat auntie and works in Television. Monica works full-time however at the moment this is working from home with the view to slowly work more in the office as and when allowed.
Jynx: The cat. She is our 6 months old kitten, bubbly and affectionate personality, full-time stay-at-home kitten and so well behaved. Star of the house.
We are fairly sociable girls - we love cooking and having meals together, sunshine, BBQs, roller skating, gaming, exploring London, food markets, but also evenings of binging trash tv, most recently, Married at first sight Australia!
We are completely fine with someone who maybe works from home part-time or has a flexible schedule since we do too. We are a really tidy household, so we’d ideally like someone with the same mentality. Basically, we are looking for someone who is into similar things (and sharing your own interests) but also we do respect our own space etc…
THE BORING STUFF:
The rent is £563pcm and the bills are on top. We each take care of one utility bill (council tax, water, internet), and then gas and electricity are toped up each month (around £25 each)
This is a managed property and Location Location is the agency that manages all the boring stuff like rent/household quires.
Please let us know if this sounds like the place for you and we can arrange viewings!
