My partner and I are moving to a new flat and need someone to replace us in our current one bedroom apartment in Stamford Hill. Suitable for 1-2 people, perfect for couples!

The flat is made up of two lounges, we currently use one lounge to work from home and the other for chilling in! The flat also has a kitchenette, bathroom with a shower, a bedroom and a utility cupboard.

The flat is part furnished - it is furnished with a bed, cabinets, desk, dining table, small stacking coffee tables, mirror/s and some extra storage in the bathroom / kitchen. We will also be leaving behind our washing machine. The flat does not come with a sofa or TV.
The flat is located in N16, Hackney. It is located a 20 minute walk from the Victoria line at Seven Sisters tube station (10 minutes by bus on the 349), a 10 minute walk from Stamford Hill overground, and a 5 minute walk from major bus routes (67, 149, 243, 76, 476, 349, 253, and 254).
