Two great double rooms in spacious flat - £724pcm

I'm one of the current tenants in the flat, the other two are moving out before the next tenancy starts and therefore looking for two friendly and respectful housemates to join. I'm a secondary school history teacher who loves going to the gym, reading and spending time with friends!

Definitely not a party house, just looking for two down to earth guys (preferably) who are friendly, respectful and relatively clean. I'm very busy most weeks and am out most of the time, certainly during the week and often on the weekend too. So if you work from home, this might be a bonus?

The flat itself is extremely spacious, only shared between 3 people so lots of room to store food etc. Very large kitchen and living room. Never had any issues having to cook at the same time for example.

Location is extremely good, South Tottenham station literally 4 mins walk away and Seven Sisters under 10 mins walk. 10/15mins walk from Stoke Newington, which has tonnes of nice restaurants and pubs.

Before you potentially sign you'll be asked to provide a few references, just so this doesn't come as as a surprise!
