Hi all, we're looking to fill a room in this gorgeous big 5 bed Hackney house in a beautiful area overlooking the River Lea & Springfield Park.

We are 4 friends, in our 20’s and 30’s, A range of genders, lgbtqia+ and neurospicy friendly, working in film festival production, art, graphic design. Some wfh and some not. We have 2 charismatic cats.
The house is not wheelchair accessible annoyingly.

Unfurnished but there may be some bits and we can move things around if needed.
Bills not included. Likely 100-150 but hopefully less through the spring summer with some energy saving. Council tax band E.
Contract for 12 months but flexible about switching names if necessary.
5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, huge garden that opens onto fields and the river.
Move in date from 7th April but maybe the following week logistics depending.
