A large double room is available in a friendly, relaxed flat, ideal for someone who wants a comfortable home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

The room itself is bright and airy with high ceilings and plenty of natural light, which makes the space feel open and calm. It’s a properly sized double room, easily big enough for a bed, storage and a desk if you work from home or want a study area.

The flat is within walking distance of the Overground with direct access to Liverpool Street, making it an easy commute into the City.

You’ll be living with two great flatmates:
• Ryan, originally from Manchester – a friendly budding entrepreneur who’s usually working on new ideas.
• Ewan, from New Zealand – and yes, he’s literally a swimming champion.

The vibe in the flat is very calm, respectful and easy-going. Everyone keeps the place tidy and looks after it, but we’re not the sort of flat that gets annoyed if someone leaves a spoon in the sink when they’re rushing out the door in the morning. It’s more about being considerate than obsessive.
