Single occupancy only. Non-smoking household. I work from home and the flat is my base, so this suits a settled professional.

Approx. 3.8m x 3m with space for desk and storage. Furniture can be adjusted if needed.
No living room. Kitchen and bathroom are shared.

I work quite a lot and am often away for 2–3 weeks at a time. When home, I’m usually working. This suits someone who values a peaceful, stable setup.
