We’re looking for a new housemate for our 5 bedroom house in Stamford Hill near Seven Sisters. We’re 3 awaiting one more to complete the house, Charlie (40) creative producer, Ana (40) NHS worker and Alex (35) actor and Mia our cat.
The room can be available immediately or towards the end of the month if needs be, the latest is 1st October move in date.
House
The room is a medium sized double room priced at £440 around £520 inc bills. The dimensions are 4m x 3.5m. the mattress is really comfortable and it gets the light all afternoon.
The kitchen is a decent size with quirky angles, it’s light and airy and great if you’re into cooking. There’s a dining table, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The lounge is cosy and has 3 comfy sofas, a TV and a stereo. We also have a spare room for guests or occasionally used as an office.
The perfect flatmate would be considerate, clean and tidy, we enjoy a clean space. We’re not a party house, and rarely stay up all night but we do enjoy socialising, watching films, sharing food and stories.
Location / Travel
We’re located right by Stamford Hill station, in 2 minutes you’re at seven sisters for the Victoria line, and 15 minutes in the other direction for Liverpool Street. Stoke Newington is a 15-minute walk away and many buses easily serve Dalston, Clapton, Waterloo, Old Street, Camden, Finsbury Park.
