I am moving out and looking for a FULL-TIME student to take over my lease contract. The room is an ensuite at Pacific Court Unite Students. There are 3 people (including me) in the flat. All bills (WiFi, water, electricity, gas) are included in the rent price. I will check out on 17 February. The room will be available from 18 February, subject to the building’s cleaning and inspection process.

- 8 min walk from Whitechapel station and Sainsbury's
- 15 min walk from Queen Mary University of London

- Common area with pool table, vending machine, and a TV
- Laundry room with washers and dryers

The dorm is very quiet, I never experienced a problem with the noise. It is surrounded by restaurants, food orders come within 15 mins. I am moving out since I am done with my studies, feel free to contact me with questions.
