Three ladies looking for a new housemate in their beautiful Georgian home in Stepney Green. 5 min walk from Stepney Green station, Hammersmith and District line. 10 min walk from Mile End station, central line. 10 min cycle from brick lane and shoreditch.

About us:
Elise - 30 years old. Furniture designer. Cat owner. Enjoys gigs, movie nights, drinks at pubs, chilling at home. In a relationship with Rachel.
Rachel - 26 years old. Potter. Adopted cat mother. Loves art, reading, gigs, drinks and chilling at home. In a relationship with Elise.
Elanor - 26 years old. Tech designer. Dungeon and dragons master. Enjoys gaming, going to gaming conventions, comedy, travelling, doesn’t drink at all really, home is a place she likes to chill.

We are looking for a lovely new female housemate who is part of the Gay community OR a great supporter. Our house is not a party house. Elise and Rachel enjoy going out for drinks and on occasion may have some drinks at home. Elise and Rachel are social but also like their own time. Elanor loves a chat when she’s in the kitchen or garden but will mainly be working from home in her room.
We are looking for a mature house mate that wants a clean house, pays bills and rent on time and always chips is with household chores.
We are all very clean and respectful of each other so someone with the same values would be great. We also have 3 cats so a cat lover is essential !

The house is 5 min walk from Stepney Green station. The house consists of:
3 bedrooms
Kitchen
Bathroom
Toilet
Living room
Large back garden.

The available room is a double. With two Georgian sash windows. The room has a big storage cupboard. Comes with a bed frame and mattress, set of draws and a wardrobe.

Room is £700 a month. Monthly bills work out approx £25 council tax, £25 gas/electric/water, however we pay them when we can afford them.
Room is available NOW and the contract ends 28th June 2020. With the opportunity to stay longer if we all decide to renew our contract again for another year.
