Double Room in large house with garden

Top Bedroom

Hi there,

We are a house of three (2 boys and 1 girl) currently looking for a fourth. We are all involved in media and art of various types. We are pretty relaxed individuals with chilled vibes.
This house is a 5 bed house but we use one bedroom as a storage room. The room available is at the top of the house.

We have a large kitchen, with dinning room., a downstairs toilet, spare room (as mentioned above), large bathroom with a shower and bath, we also have a small basement for storage and a west facing garden.

The house is in a terrace and garden on a quiet road near Limehouse station DLR & C2C (6min walk) and Shadwell DLR & Overground (12min walk), we are also close to Stepney green Station District & Hammersmith line.

Shoreditch is about 30min walk away and we have a large Sainsburys, Lidl and ASDA 5 min cycle or 20min walk. Local Sainsbury is 2min walk away.

Bills are not included but are around 150 a month per person. (Gas, electric, water, council tax, Virgin Tv and Virgin 500mb broadband)

Looking for a house mate that will see this house as a home, who is clean, tidy, easy going, & happy to socialise. .
