I'm Alex, 25, working as an admin manager in the NHS. I'm pretty sporty and love cycling around London, as well as reading a good book or watching a film. I'm always up for a chat but will respect your personal space, and love living in a flat that feels like a home.

I am looking for 2 new flatmates in my 3 bed flat in Whitechapel/Stepney Green. Room 1 is available from 1st March 2023, Room 2 is available from 8th March 2023.

The flat has a bright open plan living and dining room with a corner sofa, dining table and piano. This opens onto a patio which gets the sun for the majority of the day with a shed large enough to store a bike.

Both rooms are spacious and open and there are two bathrooms (one with a bath/shower, toilet and basin and the other with a toilet and basin). Room 2 adjoins the smaller toilet and is effectively an ensuite for that tenant.

The flat is extremely well connected - approx. 10 mins to:
- Whitechapel (Elizabeth Line, District line/ Hammersmith and City/Overground)
- Stepney Green (District line/ Hammersmith and City)
- Shadwell (DLR/Overground)
- Bethnal green (20 mins - central line)

To get to central is only a 10 minute journey on the Lizzie line.

There is a bus stop on the corner of the apartment block serving East London.

Whitechapel High St is a 5 minute walk with bars, restaurants, high st shops, a large ASDA and Sainsbury's and plenty of takeaways. Around 15 minutes walk is Regents Canal with cycle routes up into Hackney Wick and beyond, with the Thames Path around 15 minutes South.

Stepney City Farm is at the end of the road with animals, an independent cafe, and regular weekend market.

The rent listed includes the current rate of bills.

We have super-fast broadband with good connectivity in all rooms, excellent 4G/5G coverage.
