1 Large Room to Rent in Stepney Green

Hi guys! My name is Tom and I am looking to sublet my room in our lovely house in East London for a few months while I am away.
I am looking for a short term 2 month sublet from 18/4/26 to the 18/6/26 but these dates are somewhat flexible.

There are 5 of us in the house, they are all lovely and super easy to get along with.
It’s a big house located on Bancroft road, so it’s right next to Mile End campus and less than 5 minutes from Stepney station and local shops. There is also a little shop right next to the house which is ideal.

Rent would be £750 per month and we currently pay around £50 bills each on top of that but this is negotiable. The room has a double bed, desk, lots of natural light and is a great size for the price.

There’s 2 shared bathrooms, ground floor living room and a large kitchen. We also have a garden with a shed and shelter to store bikes etc.

The landlord is great, any issues that have come up he has been quick to sort things!
