I am moving out and looking for someone to take over my lease contract. The room is an ensuite at Pacific Court Unite Students. There are 4 people (including me) in the flat. All bills (WiFi, water, electricity, gas) are included in the rent price.

The dorm is very quiet, I never experienced a problem with the noise. It is surrounded by restaurants, food orders come within 15 mins. I moving out since I am done with my studies, feel free to contact me with questions.
