URGENT - furnished single bed available June 1st

Hey everyone!

Sadly one of our flatmates is moving back home at the end of May so we have a single bedroom available in the E1 area starting June 1st! The room comes part furnished with a single bed frame and mattress, writing desk, and a wardrobe.

You’re free to replace and reorganise anything you’d like, the landlord is pretty flexible.

10 minute walk to Stepney Green station
15 minute walk to Queen Mary’s University of London
10 minute walk to Whitechapel station
10 minute walk to Limehouse station
So the location is well connected and there are tonnes of supermarkets, pubs and places to eat around!

Rent is £896.67 with bills not included, however they are very cheap (gas, electric and water total to roughly £35 a month). It’s a council tax band C and WiFi is paid by the landlord.
All are paid on the first of every month.

You’d be living with two other girls - 2nd year undergraduate students. We would prefer another girl but you don’t need to be a student as well! We just ask that you’re clean and respectful :))
