I am moving out to live with some friends so will sadly be leaving behind this great room and need a replacement.

The double bedroom available is part of a 4 bed flat with three girls. There is a nice, spacious kitchen/living room area with lots of light coming in from the large windows - which open to make a little Juliette balcony. The kitchen is fully fitted (including a dishwasher) and has good sized fridge for everyone. The living room also has a good sized TV!

The flat has three bathrooms of which you will be sharing two of them with two of the other flatmates! The flat is located equally between Stepney Green station (District line and Hammersmith and City line) and Shadwell/Limehouse (DLR), so you have good links for wherever you need to go. There are also good bus links at the end of the road.

I am looking for a replacement to move in on or just after the 1st July. You need to be a working professional earning around £30k a year, and preferably a girl between 21-30. The rent is £715pcm and the bills come to around £80 per month on average, making this flat quite cheap for what it is! The deposit is actually £827! The contract will be for 12 months with a 6 month break clause.
