Sadly one of our housemates is moving so we are looking for her replacement. Viewings will take place during the week of the 23rd February from 7.30pm to 8.30pm

The room: 2m x 3.15m (6.3 metres square). Comes with a double bed (lots of under bed storage), book shelf and single wardrobe, but we also have available storage outside the room). £655 per month + bills (approx. £100-£120/month). Available from 10th March.

The flat: between Stepney Green and Bethnal green tube stations it is really well connected with every form of transport from buses, tube, overground to plenty of cycle paths. The flat itself is 2 levels, 4 beds, 1 bath with a combined lounge/dining and a small balcony and has a large backyard space even though we are on the second floor.

The flatmates: we are all friends and enjoy catching up at the end of the day or enjoying the occasional flat dinner or movie night. We are quite chill, especially during the working week. We like hanging out together when we can but we also all have our own things going on. We are open-minded and respectful. The flat is certainly our home and not just a place to sleep so we'd love our new housemate to contribute to the calm, tidy and homey vibe we have cultivated.

You will be living with:

Rachael - Very fun and bubbly. A lawyer for an insurance company who splits her time between working from home (in her room) and in the office.

Ramona - Great listener, very calm and caring. Ro works in an office all week at a teaching agency.

Jo - Thoughtful and conscientious. A project manager who splits her time between working from home (in the lounge room) and in the office.

You - A combination of all of the above. Enjoys a calm and clean environment, and wants to find a home, happy to do your own thing but also have the odd chill out with us. As the space is not overly big, working from home might not be for you but you're more than welcome to!
