Double room in East London- 5 mins walk to station

We’ve got a bright, furnished double room going in our flat in Stepney Green, just a 5-minute walk to Stepney Green Station and close to Mile End Station and Whitechapel Station. Getting anywhere in London is really easy. The apartment is located on the 4th floor and has a balcony overlooking the Shard and central London, so has great views! We get lots of natural light and sun during the summer. And the place is incredibly warm, we have underfloor heating and our power bill is always low even during the winter (bonus!)

The room comes with a double bed with plenty of storage space underneath, a bedside table, built-in double wardrobe and there’s space to add a desk if needed. You will only be sharing a bathroom with one other person.

You’ll be living with three friendly Kiwis in our early 30s. We’re social, easygoing, and enjoy doing the odd shared dinner during the week, but equally we’ve all got our own lives too. It’s a good balance of hanging out and having your own space.

We’re looking for someone who is socialable and up for the occasional shared meal, is naturally tidy and proactive about keeping shared spaces clean, as well as respectful of personal space and ideally works hybrid and heads into the office at least 2 days a week.
