hi all, one of our housemates is moving out so we’re looking for a woman (aged around 27-34) to join our 4 person house in Stepney Green/Bethnal Green.

rent: £932.50 (excl. bills)
start date: contract starts 4th May

The room up for grabs is big with lots of storage. The house has a living room, separate kitchen, one bathroom, and a separate toilet. We also have a gorgeous conservatory, which is ideal for dinner parties, and a garden perfect for BBQs when the weather’s good.

In terms of location, we’re in the heart of East London. We’re very close to Victoria park, super handy for festival season! We’re well connected, with Stepney Green station 8 mins away and Bethnal Green station 12 mins away.

We’re three girls in our late twenties/early thirties, so we’re looking for someone who’s around the same age and vibes with us, and is looking for a long term home. We’re sociable housemates who enjoy doing things together, whether it’s going to parkrun, hosting dinner parties, doing creative nights-in, or just chilling in the living room watching trashy reality TV.(Ps. I’ve attached a photo of us at our recent Halloween party for a bit of context!).

We’re looking for someone who’s social, clean, and up for being part of a friendly, welcoming house. We’re all about living in a space where everyone feels at home, and we enjoy hosting friends and having fun together.
