The house is in between Stepney Green station (5min walk) and Mile End Station (12min walk). It's a lovely area, Victoria park is only a 10 minute walk away & it's really easy to get to brick lane/hackney central/hackney Wick, which are very fun for a pub trip or might out!
Rent: £800 incl bills (+£6pw for a cleaner). Available from 1st May.
The house has 2 bathrooms (both have showers), communal living room, kitchen and garden. We are all young professionals (currently 2 guys & 3 girls, 22 to 30) working 9-5s and have become very good friends in the house. We love hanging out together on week day evenings - watching TV/pub trips and enjoy venturing out to events & hanging out at weekends. We've been travelling & to a few festivals together so looking for a girl who would integrate well into this vibe!
Note, the room currently has no desk so would suit someone who mostly works in the office/out of the house, but it is possible to work from home in the shared lounge if needed.
