Room to rent close to whitechapel!

Hi all,

We have a room available in our 4 bed maisonette in Stepney Green due to another student leaving.
The maisonette has a bathroom, upstairs toilet and good sized kitchen with lounge/dining area as well as great security having 4 key fob entry doors and the a front lockable door.

The room itself is quite cosy with a double bed, chest of drawers, side unit and wardrobe.

Rent is £150 a week working out at £650/month and bills are currently £30 on top however I do expect this to go down once the companies have worked out our usage.
As a gesture of goodwill as the room is smaller the internet costs are covered by the rest of the flat.

We are 3 QM students 1 first year Law student and 2 second year dental hygiene therapy students studying at Barts and the Royal London Hospital.
Collectively we are very fun and friendly but also focused on our studies. We have a love for food, socialising and like to hang out with each other when we are not busy,

As a new flatmate we are looking for someone clean and tidy (like us) who is also friendly and likes to socialise :)
