I’m the owner and live-out landlord of this lovely, licensed HMO (Band C).

I take pride in keeping the house welcoming and well-maintained.

I’m looking for someone who’ll enjoy living here and be respectful of the space and other housemates.

Location: Very close to Stepney Green Park, a short walk away from Stepney Green and Limehouse stations and a range of bus connections.

The House: Bright rooms, shared living/dining space, front and rear gardens and good storage throughout.

The Room: Large double room with bathroom shared with one more tenant.

About You: A young professional who doesn’t work from home.

Rent: Includes all bills except gas/electricity, shared equally each month (around £30 on average).

I’m NRLA registered and like to make sure the house feels like a proper home, issues get sorted quickly, tenants are treated fairly and with respect.
