I am looking for a new lodger to rent the master bedroom of my flat at Oval Quarters. The room has a beautiful king size bed, double wardrobe, loads of storage and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. All bills (electricity, water, heating, internet, TV, council tax) are all included in the rent.

This is a new build 2 bedroom flat which has a communal kitchen/lounge area, a dishwasher and a washing machine. All kitchen amenities provided.

Transport links are fantastic with both the Victoria and Northern Lines a short walk away.
Postcode is: SW9 6BW.
Oval tube station: 0.6 miles (13 min walk). Stockwell tube station: 0.4 miles (11 min walk).
Brixton Road is also a 1 min walk away and has very regular buses to just about everywhere else around town.
Brixton, Clapham North and Camberwell are all approx. a 15-20 min walk away.

The flat is privately owned by myself and I am responsible for rent, bills and repairs.

A bit about me: I grew up in Surrey and have lived in London for the last 6 years. I'm a 30 year old Neonatal Nurse and work at the local hospital. I am out alot and like my own space but equally love a spontaneous bottle of wine or trip to the pub from time to time.

My new flatmate:
Professionals in full time employment only please. I am ideally looking for a female flatmate, aged 27-35, that is easy going and super clean and tidy. I am very house proud so am looking for someone that is respectful of this and always keeps communal areas the way that I have left them. References required.
