Double Room Clapham/ Stockwell Ava. From 17.08.20

Hi Guys

My Name is Peter and I will have a spare room available NOW.

I am renting this flat for 4 years from the private landlord.

I am 29 years old and I am Project Manager working in Architectural Acoustic Industry, my office is based in The City. I work full time during normal office hours Monday to Friday & I do part-time Masters degree in Environmental and Architectural Acoustics.

I am an easy-going person looking for another easy-going person to share this flat with me. Preferred another Professional or Student.

I am a very tidy person, always cleaning after preparing food. I like to keep the rooms which we will be sharing (bathroom & kitchen) nice and tidy, always ready to use if someone wish to use it.

The flat is located 3 min walk from Stockwell Tube Station. Stockwell Tube Station cover: Victoria Line and Northern Line. Both lines are operating during the night.

I work in The City and I am usually cycling to work, door to door my journey is 15-20 minutes. Tube journey door to door is 25-30 min. By bus, it is 40-50 min. When you are up for a walk to The City it will take 50 – 60 min.

The flat is located in VERY VERY calm and safe area. It is super quiet here, during the night you can hear the grasshopper, perfect conditions to relax after a busy day.

The flat has two bedrooms.

Flat is located in a small tower bloc with huge communal garden where you can chill, do a barbecue or do some sports.
The flat is very bright even during the winter due to large windows. In front of the windows, there are no obstacles or other high buildings shadowing our flat. I am pointing this out as it is nothing better than have a lot of natural light inside the flat.

The room which will be available it is very easy to arrange with furniture. The room has a writing desk and Ikea double bed. Also this room has 2x built in the wall deep wardrobes which can fit in the stuff for two people easy. The plus of heaving build up inside the wall wardrobes is a clean and nice look. The Kitchen is well designed, a lot of space to prepare food, easy for cooking. This kitchen has the all the necessary equipment for cooking: Electric oven, Gas stoves, Microwave, Kettle, Fridge-freezer, Grill and washing machine. Please see the pictures.

The Bathroom is nice and bright with a bath tube as on the picture.

The flat is well insulated from the cold and from the heat. The flat has gas heating system, It is mean low bills and very efficient heating during the winter.

We have very calm and friendly neighbors which are always helpful for example to receive some posts and stuff.

Some local spots:
3 min walk from the flat is a very nice quiet and clean park, Larkhall Park with a lot of trees and small hills to relax after work. In the park, there are also: 1x football grass field, 1x football artificial grass field, 1x Basketball full field, 1x Double Tennis Court, 1x Outdoor Gym.

The 8 min walk from the flat is two gyms, The Gym & Pure Gym. (When I have a time I am using The Gym and I am very happy from this gym, it is cheap £20, large inside and always available)

The 15 min walk from the flat every Saturday there is a Farmers Market selling a lot of stuff including cheaper than in the supermarket Organic Vegetables and Fruits from the Kent farms.

The 5 min walk from the flat we have two Sainsbury Local with Cash Machines, very convenient.

The 10 min walk from the flat it is Sainsbury Superstore with everything including Habitat, Argos, Starbucks.

The 22 min walk from the flat it is a Flagship Waitrose store, near the American embassy.

In regards to what to do during the weekends, evenings or more fancy shopping, 20 min walk from the flat it is a Brixton with all kind of shops, restaurants and food markets. 25 min walk from the flat it is a Clapham with nice Pubs & Clubs and huge common where during the weekend are organized sports in groups. From American Football to Yoga.

Also, we do have around really good clubs, for example, Ministry Of Sound, Corsica Studio(in my opinion the best sound system in London), Fire, LightBox, Phonox, O2 Brixton, Brixton Jamm and many more but I know from my experience the above.

Only reasonable and respectful people are considered with references.

The most important thing is to feel safe and secure when living together. I am treating this place as my home and I wish to rent this room for a person who would like to feel in the same way in the near future.

The TOTAL cost per month is: £780 & this including rent & all bills (gas, water, electricity, council tax, broadband). The deposit is £780.
