The flat is a large open plan, sunny, creative, gay and double story space in Stockwell with wonderful views across London.

Your double room is spacious with built in cupboards and, if you have your own stuff, can be furnished or unfurnished. The flat is East facing so gets loads of glorious morning sunlight and equally amazing sunsets in the evening. We have a large balcony which is great for tanning and watching New Years Eve fireworks.

We're very lucky that my close friend is the landlord which means this flat has been in my life for over 20 years and also makes me very house proud. I'm an arts and entertainment publicist so ideally looking for someone gay/gay friendly, creative, fun and sane with a positive attitude who doesn't mind sharing a bottle of wine or getting loo roll occasionally. If your glass is always half empty, this flat really isn't for you.

The flat is very homey, quirky and comfortable with both the Northern and Victoria lines less than 5 mins walk away. The flat is also on TFL Cycle Route 3 with both the buzz of Clapham and Brixton only 10 minutes walk away.

The rent is £900 (which currently includes all bills, but please be warned these may go up with the energy crisis. I will share all increases and paperwork with you as and when they happen...which fingers crossed won't happen!!!!).

One thing to add is the presence of a cat called Thumper, so you need to be an animal lover or at least not allergic to an inquisitive fluff ball.
