I have a large bedroom available with King Size bed and private balcony which looks onto a quiet courtyard off of Clapham Road, inbetween Stockwell and Clapham North / High Street.
You will be sharing the flat with Andreas, who is Cypriot and works in diabetes testing, Shadow (a very friendly rabbit), two caged Gerbils and numerous fish!
Andreas’ boyfriend Steven sometimes visits the flat. If you have a partner they are welcome to come and visit / stay as well (but we request that this is for no more than 2-3 nights of a week)...
I am renting out my room for a minimum of 3-6 months as I have moved into my partners flat. The price of the room is £900 a month and this includes all bills (including any reasonable increase in utility bills).
You will have a contract so that you have assurance that your deposit is safe.
