Nice Room In Friendly And Tidy Flat

Hello,
I’m looking for a nice, tidy and respectful individual to share this lovely flat with!

The bedroom is fully furnished equipped with a double bed, lots of storage space, natural light and nice window view , an amazing Roy Lichtenstein print above the bed and a nice little couch.

The living room is spacious with a lot of sunlight, available storage units, comfortable couch and a large TV, so you can take Netflix and chill to the next level.

The kitchen is fully equipped and functional. I like to maintain it clean and organised, it has a spacious fridge and lots of storage.

The bathroom space is divided into two smaller bathrooms, both maintained tidy and organised.

Overall, the area is nice and quiet. Easy access to stores, supermarkets, gym, Tube, bus stops, all within 5-6 min walk or less.

I’m a full time marketing student and also working. For a limited time, due to development of his university courses, my room is shared with my twin sibling. With the same busy schedule as mine, we’re both chill introverts who appreciate the flat and would love to find a tidy and respect individual to share it with.

It would be really lovely to have a flat mate to really get along with, respect each other, chat, relax and be comfortable with.
