Two guys live here - Michael and Ryan , both my friends , Michael is a software developer and into gigs and music and Ryan works for o2 Brixton academy and is also into gigs and music! Both can often be found watching Netflix in the living room!
The room is 660 all inclusive of bills, a cleaner and a TV license. In September this will increase to 680 though. The deposit is 558. Can move in from the last weekend of June onwards, but I can be flexible on this. No references are needed. Landlords are decent chilled out guys who fix stuff immediately too which is good! The flat is located a 10 min walk from Stockwell station (zone 2), 15 mins to Vauxhall and 15 mins to Clapham too, also a 20 min walk to Brixton.
